We are committed to providing compassionate, caring, and effective treatment to our clients and their families.  We employ various evidence based and alternative treatments to assist you in reaching your therapy goals.  We will work with you to develop a plan for your treatment that is based on goals that you identify for yourself.  

Jaman Welch, Ph.D.

Services 

Dr. Welch's practice focuses on treating adolescents (ages 16+) and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, chronic illness/pain, obesity, and insomnia.

Dr. Welch provides evaluation and treatment services to individuals (ages 8+) with suspected learning disabilities and ADHD.

Dr. Welch believes that therapy should be a collaborative process between therapist and patient that is time-limited, problem-focused, and guided by the patient’s self-defined goals.


Insurances Accepted 

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, your fee is determined.  Dr. Welch wants to make sure you are aware of your fee for mental health services. Please contact your insurance company to verify what your financial responsibility is for “Behavioral Health Services”. The phone number is likely located on the back of your insurance card.

Out of Pocket Expenses 

Dr. Welch provides evaluation for individuals (ages 8+) with suspected learning disabilities and ADHD.  Please contact Dr. Welch for more information about the cost of evaluation services.

If your insurance is not accepted or you experience a lapse in insurance coverage Dr. Welch charges:  $120 for an initial visit and $100/session for ongoing treatment.


Payment/Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, we require at least 24 hours notice (email, voicemail or call). Otherwise, you can be charged $50 for the missed session. Payments are due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Services

Tina Hubbard's practice focuses on treating children (ages 4 and up), adolescents, and adults with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, experiences of chronic and acute trauma, ADHD, and children experiencing family changes, school issues, and stress.  

Tina employs various evidence-based and alternative modalities to assist you on your journey including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, poetry therapy, meditation/relaxation skills, yoga nidra, aromatherapy, shamanic practices, and Eastern guided imagery.

HIPAA Compliance

Most of us believe that our medical and other health information is private and should be protected, and we want to know who has this information. The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information. The Privacy Rule applies to all forms of individuals' protected health information, whether electronic, written, or oral. The Security Rule is a Federal law that requires security for health information in electronic form.
